DIY – the pitfalls of doing it yourself
Because Zoho is so easy to use, it’s tempting to have a crack at setting it up yourself. Kiwi’s love DIY. We’ve seen this many times before, inevitably the demands of the business take over and the focus on CRM starts to slide. Eventually we get a call to help.
When you let a specialist like OnionCRM take over the project, you can focus on what you do best – running your business or organisation. You’ll get a faster ROI with a professional implementation. And we’ll make sure your team are properly trained, your reports are properly configured and you have the ongoing support you need.
