Entry Level Package – quick and easy

The basic ‘entry level’ package is designed to address the typical CRM requirements of what we call ‘typical owner operated business’.  You can manage your marketing campaigns and projects, your website reporting, and your prospect and customer data, including customer surveys and feedback, with all your data in one place.

The Basic package also includes password management for up to 5 users at one time.

With this package you can replace any EDM tool such as MailChimp, survey tools like Survey Monkey, tasks/project management such as Workflow Max, and if you’re paying for a product like Adobe sign or LastPass (password recovery) – you can cancel those subscriptions as well. 


The Entry Level Package includes set up, configuration and training for a fixed fee of just $1500 +gst.

Advanced Package – Includes Customer Service Desk functionality.

The advanced package offers a range of additional tools to support your customer engagement, in addition to what’s provided with the Entry Level Package.

These include:

  • Zoho Desk - a customer portal allowing your clients to log queries which are then assigned to agents.
  • Zoho Knowledge Base - your customers can help themselves to the information they need. They can view articles, watch video’s/tutorials and download PDF’s.
  • Zoho Assist – remote desktop sharing tool to provide on-the-spot assistance which is particularly useful in IT support services
  • Sophisticated reporting and dashboard analysis

If you can answer yes to the Entry Level quizz, and you have 5 agents or less, you qualify for the fixed implementation fee of $2,500 + GST.

Bespoke Package

You may have a completely different set of requirements, that might include Inventory Management and eCommerce, Field Service, Bookings or even managing Licensing and Intellectual Property.
